How the Recruitment Process Works
Apply Online
Please submit an online application via our website in the first instance. Online applications should be supported by any relevant supporting documentation where required. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation that the home has received your application.
Please note: We no longer accept CVs; all applications must be completed through our online application form.

If you’re shortlisted for an interview, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the next steps. To help things run smoothly, we ask that you carefully read and follow any instructions provided. Our Decision
The outcome of your interview will usually be confirmed within three days of your interview. If successful, we will make you a verbal offer, and you will be sent a formal offer letter.
If unsuccessful, feedback on your interview will be provided by the hiring manager.
Welcome Aboard
As part of our compliance process, we’ll need to collect some additional information and documentation before you start. This includes a criminal record check, references from previous employers, and verification of your Right to Work in the UK. Our team is on hand to manage this process and will support you every step of the way. As soon as we have all the information needed, we will contact you to agree a start date and officially welcome you to Capital Care Group.
