Meet the Manager
Trish McCaffrey
Hi, my name is Trish McCaffrey, and I have been working at Chesford Grange Care Home since March 2025. I have previously worked within the Capital Care Group at Weston Park in Macclesfield. Since taking over as Registered Manager at Chesford Grange, I have enjoyed becoming part of a dedicated and compassionate team that is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. I am passionate about supporting residents to feel safe, valued, and comfortable in their home, and I take pride in contributing to an environment where dignity, respect, and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.
As a 74-bedded home, we are equipped to meet a wide range of care needs, with qualified nursing staff available to deliver continuous clinical care alongside compassionate personal support. All bedrooms are spacious and feature en-suite facilities, promoting dignity, privacy, and comfort for residents.
The home offers a variety of welcoming communal areas where residents can relax, socialise, and take part in activities, as well as a fully enclosed garden that provides a peaceful outdoor space. Our facilities are designed to enhance wellbeing, independence, and quality of life, ensuring residents receive the care, reassurance, and support they need to feel at home. We offer care services designed to meet the individual needs of each resident, including nursing care delivered by qualified nurses, residential care for those requiring support with daily living, and dementia care provided in a safe, understanding, and supportive environment.
We also offer palliative and end-of-life care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion for residents and their families, as well as respite care for individuals needing short-term support or to give family carers a well-earned break.
