Life at Anville

At Anville, we believe in living life to the fullest, and every activity we offer is designed around the interests, passions, and choices of our residents. Social connections are fostered through a variety of engaging events, from relaxed afternoon teas to interactive “Come Dine with Me” experiences enjoyed with family and friends. Meet the Manager
Kelly Richardson

My name is Kelly Richardson, and I am the Manager of Anville Court Care Home. 

I began my nursing career in 1996 when I joined the Army as a Health Care Assistant and qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2006 at the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine in Birmingham. During my 14 years in the Army, I served multiple operational tours before leaving to join the NHS in 2010 to take on a new challenge. From there, I progressed into management and have loved every moment of it since. 

I hold very high standards and have a passion for elderly care and dementia. I pride myself on delivering person-centred care as a nurse, which inspired me to become a Nurse Manager. 

My goal is for all our residents at Anville Court to enjoy the best quality of life possible, including meaningful activities and daily person-centred care. 

We offer 47 fully en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to serve as a personal haven for our residents. Depending on their location within the home, rooms feature either serene views of our beautiful gardens or a welcoming outlook over the frontage of Anville Court. All rooms are en-suite, ensuring privacy and comfort, and advance booking is available for respite stays, subject to availability. Our dedicated team carries out thorough assessments to ensure we can meet complex care needs and provide genuinely person-centred support. For those who choose Anville Court as their home for life, we are committed to delivering comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s evolving needs. From assistance with daily living to specialised support, our focus is always on maintaining dignity, comfort, and the highest possible quality of life.
