"Michael and June Llewellyn would like to thank everyone for the excellent care given to Michael’s father Howard during the almost two and half years he was with you.
Michael and June Llewellyn, 21.05.2015, Haresbrook Park
We could not have asked for any better care, he was always clean and tidy. He was treated with respect and the staff were lovely with him.
The food is first class, we know that ourselves as we had some meals whilst visiting.
Not only was kindness shown to Howard but also ourselves, when we visited tea, coffee and biscuits were always offered straight away. Whenever possible we brought Howard’s great grandson Owen (who is only three years old now) when we visited he also felt comfortable with everyone and often speaks about visiting granddad’s home.
It is also great that you arrange such a lovely 104th Birthday Party for Howard before he passed away. We know he really enjoyed that especially having the Mayor and Royal British Legion Choir attending.
It was quite difficult with us living abroad and only seeing him every couple of months. However, it was a great comfort knowing he was so well cared for.
It is difficult to really express how we feel about your care of Howard, but hope this in some way shows how we feel about you all. M & J"

Please thank all your staff for the wonderful care you gave my mother in the last few days of her life.

"Dear Alma
A, S & Family, Haresbrook Park
Whilst Alison and I hope that we will have the opportunity to see you at Muriel’s funeral on 24 September 2015, we would like to record our appreciation of the way in which she was treated at Haresbrook Park.
After Simon’s first visit, we were confident that Haresbrook Park would provide the sympathetic and professional care that Mue clearly needed. We were, of course, pleased when Doug Andrews subsequently confirmed how pleased he had been with the way his wife had been treated but, even more so, when we saw that Mue had ‘settled’ so quickly.
It is a very great credit to all concerned that Mue received such kind and professional care during the period when she was ill. It was very reassuring for Alison and the family to know that she was as comfortable as possible, was not anxious and was treated with dignity.
Since June, we have gained some insight into the complexities of caring for vulnerable people but still have little understanding of the demands of being responsible for the Haresbrook operation. We are sure, though, that the high standards which prevail reflect your efforts and care a credit to you.
Although we will write to Perli, Dominique and Vanessa, could you please thank your other colleagues who were actively involved in Mue’s care.
Yours sincerely
A, S & family"

Just a line to say thank you for looking after my sister Mrs Dorothy M. I didn’t get to see her as often as I would have liked but I was thinking about her all the time.
She had been my Big sister for 77 years.

"To Everyone who has helped my Dad Arthur over the last four days.
H, Haresbrook Park
It has struck me how amazing it is how you can find yourself sometimes so completely reliant upon strangers! Though I haven’t got to know you all yet, I just wanted to let you know how very grateful I am to you for looking after my Dad thus far; at a time when me and my mum Dorothy could no longer properly do so.. You all do a very special job.
Thank you.
H."
